Projects and Skills
Over the years I have obtained skills in Unity Engine, Unreal Engine, Python, C, C++, C#, Java, and Autodesk Maya.
Below are some of the projects I have done over the years
Avarice
Face down unfathomable evil in a unique roguelike experience with everything you can see at your disposal. If it exists in the world, you can throw it! Plates? Toss-able and deadly. Tables? Great for blocking a few extra hits and maybe a viable weapon! Barrels? Crates? Iron Maidens? All these items and more are strewn about this demonic dungeon. You will never be without a weapon so what's victory without a bit of greed, right?
The game was developed in three separate project periods between January 2020 to May 2021. Worked as Lead Designer during preproduction, Lead Tester during early development, Lead Level Designer going up to release, and Feature lead during production. 20+ developers contributed to the project. It is published and is available on Steam
As Lead Designer, I was responsible for the initial direction of the game including the theme, general gameplay flow, and type of game it would be. I took a step back as Lead Designer for more experience and took up the role of Lead Tester. As a tester, I documented hundreds of bugs while also ensuring other testers documented bugs properly including things like version, steps to recreate, and priority. Finally, I also was one of the Lead Level Designers responsible for creating 20+ levels used in the randomized room generation. I was also a Feature lead during some of these roles and fulfilled plenty of things such as approving work, setting up tasks for scrum, leading stand-up meetings, and merging in GitHub along with solving merge conflicts. I also occasionally wrote code and programmed some things in the game like the Hoarfrost, a legendary dagger, and fixed bugs.

Gym User Interface and User Experience App
Worked with a team of 5 to conduct market research, create user stories and personas, and prototype and develop interactive wireframes for a gym workout application. Wireframes were developed in AxureRP to create deliverables for the client.
My role on the team was to lead the initial design and wireframe prototypes. We iterated through the wireframe and design of the Gym app 5 times and conducted user reviews of the wireframe prototypes. Once we had gotten to a good place, we created interactive digital wireframes using AxureRP and presented the final project for our client.

3D Modeling
Worked on various 3D models alongside a class. Learned about edge flow, exporting models to engines, UV mapping and unwrapping, and proper topology processes in Autodesk Maya. The images are some of the models I was most proud of
Level Design
Used Unreal Engine and learned fundamental game design concepts along with how to use Unreal to generate landscapes, exteriors, and interiors. Below are images taken from the the various landscapes and interiors I made.
Rigging
I learned in an animation class how to utilize Autodesk Maya to rig models, create control structures, and animate. The model used in the images was not made by me, but the control rig and skeleton were done by me
Steamcore
Steamcore is a roguelike top-down inverse bullet hell. Kill enemies and collect experience to level up and select attributes to enhance to fight an increasingly difficult wave of enemies.
This game was done as part of a senior capstone project where I was responsible for creating a game from start to finish with art, sound, and gameplay all finished. In the end, we also had to publish it so it was available online.
We had 3 months to design and have it available online and collaborated with other students to help test and give feedback on their games.
